Writing at 3:30 in the morning is not something everyone would do and that is exactly what I am doing. Wikipedia tells me that Sleep Deprivation will read to increased risk of diabetes and abnormal blood pressure. What concerns me most is the immediate risks of sleep deprivation, memory loss and reduced cognitive ability which is what I have been experiencing for quite sometime now. Not to mention bowel disorders as well as general confusion. I'm not gonna stay up after reading all this. So I am going have a power nap for two hours and wake up at 5:30 to do some Yoga.
